Abstract: Acronema phaeosciadeum Farille & Lachard and A. cryptosciadeum Farille & Lachard (Apiaceae) are newly
reported as occurring in China. Detailed morphological characteristicsꎬ phenological periodsꎬ habitat characteristics and
distribution information of the two species are provided. Both species were originally described by Farille and were known
from the high Himalayan regions of Nepal. The discovery of two species expands its known geographical range to
southwestern Xizangꎬ China. A. phaeosciadeum is similar to A. muscicola Hand.  ̄Mazz.ꎬ but differing from the latter by
the characteristicsꎬ such as thin fusiform rootꎬ presence of bracts and bracteolesꎬ and acute petal apicesꎬ not ̄filiform
etc. A. cryptosciadeum resembles A. tenerum (Wall.) Edgew.ꎬ differing in its fusiform rootꎬ few or absent stem leaves
(when presentꎬ close to the stem base)ꎬ and petals with non ̄filiform apex. Additionallyꎬ compared with Sinocarum
pauciradiatum R. H. Shan & F. T. Puꎬ the latter has trisected basal leaves and lacks bracteoles. To clarify their
systematic positionsꎬ phylogenetic analysis based on ITS sequences ( using both maximum likelihood and Bayesian
inference methods) was conductedꎬ delineating their systematic positions: A. cryptosciadeum is stably nested within
Acronema cladeꎬ whereas A. phaeosciadeum is situated near the Sinodielsia clade and the Selineae. Notablyꎬ the
morphological complexity of A. phaeosciadeum combines traits of Acronema (ovoid fruits with indistinct filiform ribs)ꎬ
Sinocarum (non ̄filiform petalsꎬ fusiform roots)ꎬ and even Sinodielsia or Selineae (e. g.ꎬ prominent bracteoles)ꎬ which
implies that it may represent a more complex transitional evolutionary stage. The clear placement of A. cryptosciadeum
provides strong molecular evidence for its generic assignment. This discovery enriches China’s biodiversity inventoryꎬ
offers critical insights into the taxonomic ambiguity and polyphyletic nature of Acronemaꎬ and highlights the importance of
cross ̄regional floristic comparisons in resolving generic delimitation. It further provides crucial new data for the
phylogenetic study of the genus Acronema. Voucher specimens are deposited in the Herbarium of the Institute of Botanyꎬ
Jiangsu Province and Chinese Academy of Sciences (NAS).

丝 瓣 芹 属 ( Acronema Edgew.) 隶 属 于 伞 形 科 变种、新组合 1 种、国内 新 记 录 3 种ꎮ Watson 等
(Apiaceae)ꎬ于 1851 年由 Edgeworth 根据喜马拉雅 (2004)在编写 Flora of China 期间进一步完善了
地区的丝瓣芹[ Acronema tenerum( Wall.) Edgew.] 丝瓣芹属的资料ꎮ 随着分子系统学的发展ꎬ丝瓣
模式种建立ꎬ以其花瓣先端直出丝状ꎬ根常为球形 芹属的系统发育位置在伞形科中逐渐明晰ꎬ有研
块状根等特征而与阿米芹族 Ammineae Koch 中其 究表明其与形态上相似的小芹属( Sinocarum Wolff
他属相区分ꎮ 综合 Plant of the World Online( The ex Shan & Pu) 物种关系密切ꎬ均归属于丝瓣芹分
Royal Botanic Gardensꎬ Kewꎬ 2025) 与 GBIF 数据 支 ( Acronema clade ) ( Zhou et al.ꎬ 2008ꎬ 2009ꎻ
库(Global Biodiversity Information Facilityꎬ 2025)的 Downie et al.ꎬ 2010ꎻ Chen et al.ꎬ 2024)ꎮ 然而ꎬ两
数据显示ꎬ全球共记录丝瓣芹属 34 种ꎬ主要分布 属之间仍存在形态特征上具有过渡性的物种ꎬ有
于泛喜马拉雅-横断山地区的高山林下ꎮ 由于其 待通 过 增 加 更 多 材 料 进 一 步 厘 清 二 者 的 分 类
野外材料采集困难ꎬ该属在伞形科中研究较为匮 界限ꎮ
乏ꎬ因此分类与系统发育研究基础薄弱ꎮ 我国对 喜马拉雅南坡地区受印度洋暖湿气流影响ꎬ
丝瓣芹属的分类学研究主要集中在«中国植物志» 植物资源丰富ꎮ 随着生物多样性调查的深入开
及其英文版 Flora of China 编写期间ꎮ 刘守炉和单 展ꎬ该地区的新记录因不断被发现和报道而涌现ꎬ
人骅(1980)在编写« 中国植物志» 工作中ꎬ整理鉴 如吉隆牛奶菜( Marsdenia roylei Wight)、不丹绿绒
定了国内各大标本馆馆藏的丝瓣芹属标本ꎬ理清 蒿 ( Meconopsis bhutanica Tosh. Yoshida & Grey ̄
国内丝瓣芹属植物共有 19 种ꎬ发表新命名 5 种 2 Wilson)、长 圆 豆 蔻 [ Amomum raoii var. Oblongum
