甘蔗根系活力的研究

摘要:
植物根系是吸收水分和矿质营养的主要器官,同时,也是体内许多重要有机物(包括某些生理活性物质)合成的场所。根系与地上部分正常的物质交流和循环,是植物生长正常的重要保证。就农作物而言,高产优质往往决定于根系的正常代谢;根系处于不良条件下代谢失调,常是减产的直接原因。因此,作物根系生理的研究,引起人们的广泛重视。由于根系深藏地下,要了解其活动本质,十分困难。自以提出可以利用植物伤流量来表明根系主动吸水和利用伤流分析来“诊断”植物营状况的观点后,国内外许多研究者把伤
