罗汉果营养成分的测定

摘要:
罗汉果(Momordica grosvenori Swingle)在广西有栽培的,也有野生的。栽培的有青皮果、拉江果和长滩果等品种。长期以来,人们的习惯认为长滩果比拉江果好,拉江果又比青皮果强。 据文献报道,一个干燥的罗汉果,平均以15克计,约含有相当于500克砂糖的甜味。日本学者竹本常松说,中国药学证明,罗汉果对各种疾病有效果的起主要作用的就是那种果中所含的比砂糖甜300倍的新物质,新物质是属于三萜系的砂糖以外的甜味物质之一,糖尿
