油梨果实生长发育过程中的物质变化

摘要:
本文观测了油梨果实生长发育的情况并测定了脂肪、蛋白质及糖等物质含量的变化过程,发现其中脂肪的含量随着果实的生长显著增长,以9~10月间增长速度最快,所测品种的果实含量最高可达12.86‰,其他营养物质的变化不甚显著,本测定为油梨果实生长发育生理的研究及油梨果实的最佳收获期的确定提供了依据。
