甘蔗组织培养中染色体数目变异的初步研究

摘要
:
本文通过甘蔗桂糖11号组培腋芽苗与其原种的染色体数目的比较,研究了腋芽苗染色体数目的变化情况。发现腋芽苗82％的细胞的染色体数目仍在其原种染色体数目变异的高峰之内。
