罗汉果嫩果中一个苦味成分的分离和鉴定

摘要:
从新鲜的罗汉果嫩果实中分离出一个苦味成分,经化学和光谱测定其结构为罗汉果甙元一3,24一二一氧一β一葡萄糖甙。此成分首次从天然产物中得到。
