植物受精工程

摘要:
植物受精工程是正在发展之中的高技术领域。近年来,雌雄配子的人工分离取得了较大进展,两者的体外模拟受精在玉米中已首次成功。本文对该领域的理论体系形成和实验系统创建作了评述,对目前存在的问题和今后的发展趋势进行了讨论。
