本文总结了目前有关青蒿素生物合成机理方面的研究，主要包括青蒿素生物合成中生理因子的影响，青蒿素生物合成中间体及前体，青蒿素生物合成细胞定位等。指出了存在的一些问题及今后的研究发展前景。
