摘要:
竹叶菜 (高大鹿药 Smilacina atropurpurea)为中甸一种大宗野生蔬菜。对其地理分布、生活环境、生物学特性、营养价值、与近缘种的区别、商品竹叶菜的特征以及目前开发利用状况等作了初步研究 ;介绍了未来开发利用竹叶菜的几种途径 :竹叶菜的促成栽培、新鲜竹叶菜的冷藏、竹叶菜罐头、盐渍竹叶菜及干品竹叶菜
