翠菊的核型研究

摘要:

分析了翠菊 ( Callistephus chinensis Nees.)的核型。结果表明 ,翠菊的体细胞染色体数目 2 n=18,核型公式 2 n=2 x=18=12 m+4sm ( 2 SAT) +2 st,属于 Stebbins核型的 2 A型
