沙田柚花粉低温贮藏的研究

摘要:
研究了脱水时间 ,化冻方式和培养基对沙田柚 ( Citrus grandis var. shatinyu Hort. )花粉低温贮藏后萌发率的影响。结果表明 :贮藏 3个月 ,6个月期间 ,脱水 50 min的花粉萌发率最高 ;沙田柚花粉低温贮藏的最适含水量为 13.5%。沙田柚花粉适合快速化冻法。在 4种培养基中 ,萌发率无显著差异 ,但花粉管生长不一致
