概述了草丁膦的毒害机理和 Bar基因的抗性机理与表达情况。总结了转 Bar基因作物的来源、抗性遗传特点和其对环境安全性评价等方面的研究进展。展望了 Bar基因和转 Bar基因作物的应用前景。
