小麦染色体轴结构的观察

摘要
:
对普通小麦 ( Triticum aestivum L.)中期染色体进行常规制片银染的结果显示 ,染色体中存在着染色深的轴结构 ,每个染色单体一条 ,轴在有些部位似乎是螺旋的。研究结果对染色体轴结构的真实性提供了证据
