蔗糖对牛角藓愈伤组织悬浮细胞的生理学影响

摘要:
以 MS培养基为基本培养基 ,对牛角藓 (Cratoneuron filicinum)进行了细胞悬浮培养。研究不同蔗糖浓度对细胞生长规律及其生理生化特性的影响 ,结果表明蔗糖是悬浮培养过程中重要的碳源 ,是细胞生长的能量来源和构成细胞骨架的主要成分。蔗糖浓度为 30 g/L对细胞生长最为有利。
