Ca~(2+)提高白花苜蓿抗冷性的研究

摘要:
Ca2 + 处理能缓解冷胁迫时白花苜蓿叶片叶绿素的降解速度 ,提高叶片中可溶性糖、脯氨酸和Vc的含量 ;还能保持冷胁迫时细胞膜透性的稳定 ,减少O 2 和MDA的积累 ;维持较高的SOD和POD的活性。
