花粉管通道法转基因改良小麦品质的初步研究

摘要:
为在短期内提高小麦品质,本研究构建了一个含有反义蜡质基因、HMWGS1Dy10基因和抗除草剂基因的重组质粒pWXAB,以优良小麦品种(冀麦24、白玉149、9411等)为材料,采用花粉管通道法进行转基因研究。对转基因后代进行除草剂筛选和SDSPAGE电泳。结果表明,除草剂基因及反义蜡质基因已经整合到小麦基因组中,从抗性水平而言,其转化频率为0.5%。
