转SOD基因烟草中SOD酶活力对逆境的耐性及其遗传学特征

摘要:
温度、pH、酶抑制剂H2O2和KCN均对转SOD基因烟草及其子代(S1和F1)的SOD活性有影响。在这些不利条件下,转基因SOD高表达烟草品系的SOD耐性明显优于对照品系,且其S1、F1能很好地保持亲本的这种优势。
