Abstract: |
The germplasm characteristics, environment of producing areas,cultivated technique,quality standards,fruit collection and process,pack,store of Siraitia grosvenorii cultured in vitro were defined in this standard operating procedure. And the key technologies were emphasized particularly in fertilizer,shaping and pruning,disease and pest control and testing method of mogrol glycocides. The SOP provide a basis for the standard production and modern quality control of S.grosvenorii. |
