外源一氧化氮对铅胁迫下高羊茅生长和无机离子含量的影响

摘要:
研究了外源一氧化氮对Pb2+1000 mg/L胁迫下高羊茅生长及无机离子含量变化的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,单用Pb2+胁迫使高羊茅鲜重、干重、含水量、根系活力和无机离子如NO</sup>-3、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+和Mn2+含量均下降,而其根的丙二醛含量和质膜透性、Pb2+含量均上升; 与单用Pb2+胁迫相比,用SNP(Sodium Nitroprusside,NO供体)0.01~1 mmol/L处理Pb2+胁迫下高羊茅,其鲜重、干重、含水量、根系活力、无机离子如NO</sup>-3、K+、Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+和Mn2+含量呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,而根的丙二醛含量和质膜透性、Pb2+含量呈相反的变化趋势。综合结果表明,外源NO对Pb2+胁迫下高羊茅生长影响具有剂量效应,适宜浓度能缓解铅毒害,提高耐铅性。

Abstract:
Effects of exogenous nitric oxide(NO)on the growth and some inorganic ions changes of Festuca arundinacea seedlings under Pb2+ stress(1 000 mg/L)were investigated. The result showed that:in comparison with the control,Pb2+ stress decreased the fresh weight,dry weight,water content,the root activity,inorganic ions contents such as NO</sup>-3,K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+and Mn2+,but increased the root MDA content,the root membrane permeability and Pb2+content of F.arundinacea seedlings. In comparison with Pb2+ stress,SNP 0.01-1 mmol/L made the fresh weight,dry weight,water content,the root activity,the inorganic ions contents of the seedlings under Pb2+ stress increase first and then decline,and the root MDA content,the root membrane permeability and Pb2+ content changed in the opposite direction. The results suggested that there was the dose effect of exogenous NO on the seedlings growth under Pb2+ stress,suitable concentration of NO could matigate lead poison and enhance the lead tolerance of F.arundinacea seedlings.
