| Although Rolfe reported in 1 903 that Coelogyne stricta was distributed in Yunnan,China,the specimen had not been collected again in China until recently its wild populations were discovered in Malipo,Yunnan. As the first collected live specimen in China,the author investigated its habitat and flowering phenology,made complementary description and illustration of its morphology,and finally discussed its phytogeographical pattern. |
