曼地亚红豆杉春梢生长过程生理生化变化研究 |

摘要: |
测定自然生长状态下曼地亚红豆杉春梢的生理生化指标(过氧化物酶、蛋白质、硝态氮),以了解和研究它们的变化趋势。结果表明,过氧化物酶活性、蛋白质含量和硝态氮含量的变化都呈现出先升后降的过程; 在春梢生长的第4~8天都为积累上升过程,到第8天达到了最大值; 8~12 d过氧化物酶活性和蛋白质含量急剧下降,硝态氮含量也在8~28 d间下降幅度较大; 12 d或28 d之后过氧化物酶活性、蛋白质含量和硝态氮含量都维持较低的水平,但变化幅度不大。因此,在自然状态下,应及时给予土壤更多的肥料,才能为植物供给营养并为其生长提供充足的条件。 |

The physiological and biochemical characteristics(POD,protein and NO3--N)of the spring shoots of Taxus media under natural condition were investigated. The results showed: the POD activity,protein content and NO3--N content increased firstly and then decreased,they showed an accumulation and increase process between the 4th and 8th day in the growth of spring shoot,and reached to max. in the 8th day; the POD activity and protein content decreased rapidly between the 8th and 12th day,the NO3--N content also decreased between the 8th and 28th day. After the 12th or 28th day; POD activity,protein content and NO3--N content maintained at a low level,but varied in a little range. So under the natural condition,more fertilizers must be given to the soil so as to supply enough nutrition and suitable condition for plant growing. |
