Abstract:
The pharmacodynamics of Superior 2 Foliun Mori(a high-yield Mori species popularizing in Guangxi)was studied by using the models of mice swelling auricles, the penetrating ability of mice abdominal capillaries, the models of welling digits of big mice, and the models of mice high blood glucose caused by alloxan. The results showed that the alcohol extract form the F.Mori could obviously lighten the animal inflammation reactions(P<0.01); the extracts of water and alcohol could obviously lower down the mice high blood glucose caused by alloxan(P<0.01),and restrain golden yellow staphylococci,Escherichia coli in certain extent; the extract of water extracting-alcohol precipitating could also restrain E.coli in certain extent. These pharmacodynamic experiments were the first report for Superior 2 F.Mpri.
