抱石莲化学成分研究

摘要:
从苗药抱石莲(Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoide(Bak.)Ching)的石油醚萃取部分中分离出6个成分,并利用UV、IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等方法鉴定出这6个化合物分别为:大黄素甲醚(I)、里白醇(II)、乙酸橙酰胺(III)、十六烷酸(IV)、2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯(V)、β-谷甾醇(VI)。所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:
The chemical constituents of Lepidogrammitis drymoglossoides were studied by the method of chromatography and spectral analysis. Six compounds were isolated and identified as physcion(I),diplopterol(II),aurantiamide acetate(III),n-hexadecanoic acid(IV),atraric acid(V)and β-sitosterol(VI). All compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
