植物铜转运相关蛋白研究进展

摘要:
环境中过量的铜会损害植物细胞的功能、降低酶的活性并且破坏蛋白质的结构。植物中有一个复杂的金属转运网络,对维持植物体内铜的动态平衡发挥着重要作用。综述了重金属铜对植物的毒害,详细介绍了铜转运相关蛋白及其对铜的转运和调控机制。

Abstract:
In the environments,excess copper will impair the plant cells,inactivate enzymes and destroy protein structure. There is a complex metal trafficking network to appropriately regulate copper homeostasis in plants. This review gave a brief overview of copper toxicity and recent progresses about copper transporters and their roles in the regulation of copper ion homeostasis in plants.
