该研究利用硅胶、凝胶、MCI、中压制备色谱(MPLC)和高效液相半制备色谱(semi-HPLC)等方法,对晶帽石斛(Dendrobium crystallinum)进行了化学成分研究。结果表明:提纯、分离共得到 10 个化合物,经波谱数据分析及与文献数据对照,分别鉴定为石斛酚(1),3,4'-二羟基-5-甲氧基联苄(2),3,4',5-三羟基-3-甲氧基联苄(3),二氢藜芦醇(4),安告佛醇(5),3',5,7-三羟基-4'-甲氧基黄烷酮(6),4',5,7-三羟基- 6-甲氧基黄烷酮(7),丁香树脂醇(8),β-谷甾醇(9),β-胡萝卜苷(10)。其中,除化合物2和化合物10以外,其余8个化合物均在该种植物中首次发现。 |

The constituents of Dendrobium crystallinum were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and reversed-phase semi-HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by analyzing their spectral data and comparing with the previously reported literatures. Ten compounds were identified as gigantol(1), 3,4'-dihydroxy-5-methoxydihydrostilbene(2), 3,4',5- trihydroxy-3-methoxydihydrostilbene(3), dihydroresveratrol(4), angophorol(5), 3',5,7- trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavanone(6), 4',5,7-trihydroxy-6-methoxyavanone(7), syringaresinol(8), β-sitosterol(9), β-daucosterol(10). All compounds were firstly isolated from this plant except for compounds 2 and 10. |
