多效唑对珐菲亚的叶绿素含量、抗逆性及活性成分的影响 |

摘要: |
用四种不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)对引种药用植物珐菲亚进行叶面喷施,研究PP333对珐菲亚的生物学效应。结果表明:各处理均有明显提高珐菲亚叶片叶绿素含量,增强超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,增加药材产量的作用,而对活性成分皂苷含量影响不明显。该研究为PP333在珐菲亚化学调控上的应用提供理论依据。 |

Foliar feed with 4 concentrations of paclobutrazol(PP333)on leaves of Pfaffia paniculata was done to research the biological effectiveness of PP333 on Pfaffia. The results showed that the chlorophyll content in leaves of Pfaffia increased obviously under the 4 treatments. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),Peroxidase(POD)and Catalase(CAT)were increased. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased. The stress resistance enhanced. The content of bioactive compound saponins didn't changed evidently. The root yield of Pfaffia increased. The research would provide the theoretical basis for the application of PP333 on Pfaffia. |
