罗汉果醇的制备及大鼠体内代谢研究 |

摘要: |
为了制备得到高纯度的罗汉果醇以及阐明罗汉果醇的代谢特点,采用酸水解法从粗罗汉果皂苷V(含量50%)制备得到高纯度的罗汉果醇,用大鼠灌胃给药(100 mg·kg-1)方法以及通过HPLC-ESI-IT-TOF-MSn研究罗汉果醇的代谢特点。结果表明:在粪便中能发现较多氧化产物,在血浆中也能检测到代谢产物。说明罗汉果醇灌胃给药后,能经过吸收和代谢进入血液从而发生作用。 |

Mogrosides are main active ingredients in Siraitia grosvenorii,and the mogrol is the mogrosides’ common aglycon,but few research on metabolism of mogrosides. So in order to prepare and get much high purity mogrol,50% mogroside V by acid hydrolysis were prepared,and its in vivo metabolism in rats was studied by HPLC-ESI-IT-TOF-MSn after oral administration at the dose of 100 mg·kg-1. we collected the blank and drug feces and plasma,the results implied that mogrol could be absorbed into the blood of rats. A lot of oxidation metabolites of mogrol were detected in feces samples,and some were also detected in plasma samples. So,we will do the study continuously,and provided the scientific basis for its application and development in future. |
