云南红豆杉内生真菌Talaromyces sp.T1BF的化学成分研究

摘要:
采用色谱技术从云南红豆杉内生真菌Talaromyces sp.T1BF的PDA平板发酵物中分离得到4个化合物。经波谱数据分析及与文献对照,分别鉴定为5α,6α 环氧 24(R) 甲基胆甾 7,22 二烯 3β 醇(1)、醌茜素(2)、苔色酸(3)和间甲基苯酚(4)。化合物1为首次从该属真菌中分离获得。

Abstract:
Four compounds were isolated from PDA plate cultures of Talaromyces sp. T1BF,an endophyte from Taxus yunnanensis by chromatography techniques. They were identified as 5α,6α epoxy 24(R) methylcholesta 7,22 dien 3β ol(1),skyrin(2),orsellinic acid(3)and m cresol(4)on the basis of spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with literature values. Compound 1 was obtained from the genus of Talaromyces for the first time.
