采用色谱技术从云南红豆杉内生真菌Talaromyces sp.T1BF的PDA平板发酵物中分离得到4个化合物。经波谱数据分析及与文献对照,分别鉴定为5α,6α 环氧 24(R) 甲基胆甾 7,22 二烯 3β 醇(1)、醌茜素(2)、苔色酸(3)和间甲基苯酚(4)。化合物1为首次从该属真菌中分离获得。 |

Four compounds were isolated from PDA plate cultures of Talaromyces sp. T1BF,an endophyte from Taxus yunnanensis by chromatography techniques. They were identified as 5α,6α epoxy 24(R) methylcholesta 7,22 dien 3β ol(1),skyrin(2),orsellinic acid(3)and m cresol(4)on the basis of spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with literature values. Compound 1 was obtained from the genus of Talaromyces for the first time. |
