                          三个玫瑰品种花色物质的代谢组学分析

                 摘  要: 玫瑰(Rosa rugosa)具有很高的观赏价值和商业价值ꎬ但其花色比较单一ꎬ限制了玫瑰的开发利用及
                 其在园林造景中的应用ꎮ 为了探究‘苦水玫瑰’‘墨红玫瑰’和‘保加利亚白玫瑰’3 个不同品种玫瑰的呈色
                 物质ꎬ该研究利用超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC ̄Q ̄TOF ̄MS) 联用检测花瓣类黄酮的种类
                 和含量ꎬ通过 KEGG 数据库对差异代谢物进行富集分析ꎬ筛选出关键代谢物ꎬ并分析与花色表型值的相关
                 性ꎮ 结果表明:(1)在 3 个不同色系玫瑰花瓣中共检测到 58 种代谢物ꎬ其中花青素只有一种为矢车菊 ̄3 ̄O
                 葡萄糖苷ꎬ约占 30.45%ꎮ (2)K ̄means 聚类分析表明ꎬ共有 12 种关键代谢物注释到 KEGG 代谢通路中ꎬ其中
                 乔松素和杨梅黄酮是决定‘苦水玫瑰’和‘墨红玫瑰’花色呈红色的主要物质ꎬ圣草酚、木犀草素和山萘酚是

                 决定‘保加利亚白玫瑰’花色呈白色的主要物质ꎮ 该研究结果可为具有特定颜色玫瑰的育种提供理论依据ꎬ
                 并促进玫瑰在园林绿化中的应用ꎮ

                 Abstract: Rosa rugosa is a deciduous shrub belonging to Rosa L. in Rosaceae. It has a high ornamental value and
                 commercial valueꎬ but its single color limits the development and utilization of rose and its application in landscape
                 architecture. In order to explore the coloring substances of three different varieties of rosesꎬ ‘ Rosa rugosa × Rosa
                 sertata’ꎬ ‘Rosa Crimson Glory’ and ‘ Rosa alba’ꎬ this study used ultra ̄high performance liquid chromatography ̄
                 quadrupole ̄time ̄of ̄flight mass spectrometry ( UPLC ̄Q ̄TOF ̄MS) to detect the types and contents of flavonoids in
                 petals. The KEGG database was used to enrich the differential metabolitesꎬ screen out the key metabolitesꎬ and analyze
                 the correlation with the phenotypic value of flower color. The results were as follows: (1) A total of 58 metabolites were
                 detected in the petals of three different color rose varietiesꎬ of which only one anthocyanin was cyanidin ̄3 ̄O ̄glucosideꎬ
