                 Abstract: To study the correlation between endogenous hormone content and physiological and biochemical
                 characteristics and somatic embryogenic capacity for different cell lines of Pinus elliottiiꎬ seven cell lines induced by
                 immature seeds of P. elliottii were used as materials. The phenotype and cellular structure were observedꎬ and the
                 contents of endogenous hormonesꎬ soluble proteinꎬ soluble sugarꎬ starch and antioxidant enzyme activities were
                 determinedꎬ followed by the maturation culture of five selected cell lines. In order to explore the characteristic index
                 values that affect the embryogenic capacity of cell linesꎬ so as to identify the embryogenic capacity of cell lines with
                 strong embryogenic capacity in the early stageꎬ and provide technical reference for optimizing the somatic embryogenesis
                 and improving the somatic embryo induction rate of P. elliottii. Data analysis involved analysis of variance (ANOVA)ꎬ
                 Duncan multiple range testꎬ and pearson correlation analysis. The results were as follows: (1) Different cell lines
                 differed in cytological observationꎬ among which the V30 cell line had obvious and more embryonal ̄suspensor mass
                 (ESM)ꎬ indicating the V30 line was a strong embryonic line. (2) The endogenous hormone content was significantly and
                 different among cell linesꎬ with a significant positive correlation among abscisic acid (ABA)ꎬ trans ̄zeatin riboside
                 (ZR) and cell linesꎬ a significant negative correlation among indoleacetic acid ( IAA) content and cell linesꎬ no
                 significant difference among gibberellic acid (GA ) and no significant correlation among GA and cell lines. (3) The

                 soluble protein contentꎬ soluble sugar contentꎬ starch contentꎬ peroxidase (POD)ꎬ superoxide dismutase (SOD)ꎬ and
                 catalase (CAT) activity were significantly different among cell linesꎬ but showed no obvious correlation with the
                 embryogenic ability of cell lines. (4) Based on the embryogenesis of the cell line and the number of mature embryosꎬ the
                 V30 cell line had a high somatic embryogenesis potential. In conclusionꎬ the somatic embryogenic capacity of the
                 P. elliottii cell line is significantly correlated with the endogenous hormone contentꎬ which can provide reference for
                 improving the embryogenic capacity of cell lines and optimizing the maturation conditions of somatic embryos by
                 regulating hormone levelsꎬ and also offers technical reference for optimizing somatic embryogenesis and improving the
                 somatic embryo induction rate in P. elliottii.

                湿地松(Pinus elliottii) 为松科( Pinaceae) 松属         因工 程 和 植 物 细 胞 生 物 学 研 究 的 理 想 系 统
            (Pinus)乔木ꎬ原产于美国东南部ꎬ中国于 20 世纪                       (Maruymat & Hosoiꎬ 2019)ꎮ
            30 年代引种ꎬ因其表现出适应性强、生长迅速和松                               湿地松 SE 研究在国外开始较早ꎬ 如 Jain 等
            脂产量高等特点而成为中国南方主要的造林树种                              (1989)在改良 WPM 培养基中首次诱导出了湿地松
            之一(田大伦等ꎬ2004)ꎮ 湿地松苗木繁育主要采                          胚性愈伤组织ꎬ诱导率为 2% ~6%ꎮ 经过 30 多年的
            用传统有性繁殖的方式ꎬ但种子园存在建设周期                              研究ꎬ国内外研究者先后建立了湿地松体胚发生与
            长、种子产量不稳定和子代变异大等问题ꎬ而无性                             植株再 生 技 术ꎬ 获 得 了 湿 地 松 体 胚 苗 ( 唐 巍 等ꎬ

            克服 了 有 性 繁 殖 的 缺 陷ꎮ 体 细 胞 胚 胎 发 生                  目前为止ꎬ很少看到湿地松体胚苗生产化应用的相
            (somatic embryogenesisꎬSE) 是近年来无性繁殖技               关文献或报道ꎮ 究其原因ꎬ现有的湿地松体胚发生
            术的研究热点ꎬSE 指的是利用离体的植物细胞ꎬ经                           体系仍存在胚性愈伤组织诱导率低、继代培养过程
            过一系列适宜的培养ꎬ诱导均匀的细胞系ꎬ经过类                             中胚性退化、细胞系间胚性差异较大、体胚诱导率
            似合子胚的发育途径ꎬ发育成体细胞胚胎的苗木                              低、体系不稳定等问题ꎬ其中细胞系胚性强弱直接
            培育技术ꎬ充分体现了植物细胞的全能性( 王诗忆                            影响体胚成熟效率ꎮ 已有研究表明ꎬ细胞系的胚性
            等ꎬ2022)ꎮ SE 在植物品种改良、人工种子制作和                        受到多种因素的影响ꎬ如基因型、胚性愈伤组织状
            苗 木 繁 殖 等 方 面 具 有 重 大 应 用 价 值 ( García ̄            态、胚柄细胞团结构、内源激素含量、生理生化指标
